Just bought me a 2015 Jeep Renegade. Christian was an amazing sales rep. She was easy to communicate with and made my car buying experience pleasant. The sales manager and finance officer were also great to deal with. Best car buying experience ever.
Where do I start? I called a day in advance and scheduled an appointment on Memorial Day 2015 to look at a 2013 Ram 2500. After driving 30 miles and showing up I was greeted by Josh Coffield and I asked to see the truck. Working with Josh is the only part of this excruciating experience I do not regret. That’s when I was told that it was in service having a warranty and a recall issue repaired and I could look it over but not drive it.
