Alot of patients are not happy about apps with their Dr, but I look forward each time bc when I'm there, I feel at peace and calmness bc I know I'm going to get the best care, thorough testing, and answers and explanations of every result and questions if I have any. AND the staff, the girls at front desk are super nice, pleasant, and helpful. The assistants are so kind and explanatory in testing procedures. I am very confident in the care I am receiving and thankful.

I've been a patient of Dr. East for well over 15+ yrs. Not only is he an EXCELLENT doctor but his spirit is top notch. His entire office staff are wonderful people. I won't trade him for any other heart doctor in the world!! He is #1 in my book. And my husband likes him. He's a praying doctor as well.

I've been a patient of Dr. Mark East for 15 years. Dr. East is very caring and concern for his patients health. Dr. East will not leave the room until he has listened to all your questions and concerns and you understand all of his directions on taking your medicine and any future medical care. Dr East and his staff were very personable, knowledgeable, kind and thorough. He listened intently to my concerns and addressed each one. He went over and above his speciality to get further help that I needed. What more can you ask for in a doctor. I didn't ever feel like I was rushed, nor just a number. He and his staff are carrying and genuine people. I highly recommend them to anyone with a cardiac need. I thank God for him.
They sent me out of network without telling me, so now I have a bill I can't afford. They also sent me two duplicate bills, and they waited five months to process claims through insurance. Stay clear of this place. It's sad because he seemed like a really good doctor at first.
Dr East to be very personable and I would highly recommend him; however his staff is very unprofessional. Starting with the young lady at the front desk (rude and condescending, the gentleman that checked her vitals was unable to get blood pressure or temp, the young lady that drew blood half filled the tubes, nails were too long. I have no issue with students learning but they all seemed uncaring and incompetent...Appt was 10:15 did not see doctor until 12:20.
Dr. East is a wonderful doctor. The only issue is a few of his front desk staff are unprofessional.
