Nice Hotel, but beware of booking & cancellation policies. – Nice place with a very together and clean room. We stayed in a comfortable room, but didn't feel there was enough windows to allow sufficient light into the room. The staff were very accommodating, but I wouldn't stay here again after I found out the booking & cancellation policies. Great value and friendly staff – I have been to East Canyon at least a half dozen times in the last couple years. The place is the perfect weekend getaway from LA. Richard, the owner is amazing and Grady is one of the best therapists I have had in Palm Springs. The great thing about it is the place is always clean, warm and friendly and the clientele is not the partying type, so you dont have to worry about an impromptu circuit party ruining your relaxing weekend.
