rude, unprofessional, unreliable. took hour n half to get a tow truck to infront of east canton police department. ecpd refused any other tow service to do job, even tho it was just a accident. east canton used cars n the ecpd illegally impounded the car. refused to take it to home owners home. they treated a veteran and his fiancee like crap. this is unacceptable.
