I've been banking with ECSB for number of years and I also have a credit card with them. The employees makes me feel at home all the time and their returns are pretty good. I love this place.
I have been a customer at East Cambridge savings bank since 1979. I usually bank at their Cambridge locations, but I recently moved to Saugus and now I am banking at their Malden location. A shout out to Eda and the other customer service reps at Malden location for their wonderful customer service.
