I have an account with ECSB thanks to the MassSave heat loan program, so didn't have much choice of where I went to have that loan sponsored. Using this bank is like time travelling back to 1995. The login process, and security rules are so incredibly out dated and clumsy. They are removing email code verification and forcing users to get a PHONE CALL with a code slowly sputtered out by a robot.
