I always have good experiences coming to ECSB Arlington branch, everyone there is kind and helpful. I especially have been helped by Nicki Bekele there and look forward to seeing her there. We needed to set up an account for my mom’s estate after she passed, and she was so helpful and understanding of our circumstances. She made such the difficult bank trip a lot easier, taking the time to talk with my sister and I as we were helped.
Every time I visit the bank, I always look forward to being assisted by Nicki Bekele. She is one of the most professional, kind, and helpful tellers I’ve ever encountered.
