We love a good happy hour and ExNE's fulfills all our requirements: quality product and food and drink specials. At the bar, half price drinks and half price selected apps and sushi rolls. Don't let 'selected' slow you down. We had the duck tacos, the dumplings, and one of the house special sushi rolls. Make sure you get there early as the bar fills up with a friendly crowd of locals and tourists. We have eaten dinner here several times. with family and friends, the service is always surprisingly good and the food is great.
