Update: I've been unable to put in service requests from the website for a year. Security doors are still an issue and there are people getting into the building and using the restroom in the laundry room drain and on the floor. Laundry room used to have a lock but it has been removed now for the second time. My name is Greg McCaskill and I wanted to take time to tell you Kenya is great job for the little time she's been here .
Maintenance replaced the storage locker access door with a new lock, but never gave their tenants a replacement key to access their storage locker. I have been asking for a key for over a year with no response. They cut off my access to put in any and all work orders on the harbor group residence website access page, so this is my last attempt at contact before small claims court is put into play.
