I have been at East broad for 2 months now , I have no complaints . They have made the transition out of homelessness to back being a primary renter super easy with out even knowing the stability issues my family werw experiencing before finding them. I love my apartment , the on-site laundry room is always clean & they always have someone cleaning the halls , outside is always up to par as well . I've been living in East Broad Plaza for a few months now (4284/Apt. 24). It's been great thus far and I'm looking forward to the future here. I have an upgraded unit; fresh carpet, new appliances, etc. My neighbors aren't loud. They're is a bunch of kids running around unsupervised. No illegal activities. 8.5 outta 10, I do recommend.
It was a decent place to live just had one huge problem it was mold in the air conditioning called them for 2 year they didn’t do anything just want to not let it happen to the new people that will be living there apartment 4264 25 hope they have it clean
