Update : in spite of how welcoming the messaged response appears, they do not actually want to fix anything and management is rude in person when you express any concerns. Example: management or maintenance lost an entire master set of keys to one of the buildings and asked the residents to provide replacement copies of the keys instead of rekeying the locks so we could be assured of our safety.
