11/7/23 the second floor laundry room flooded for 30 minutes until it was dripping from the first floor’s ceiling. Water was shooting from the wall onto the dryers. We called the emergency number within the first 10 minutes of the leak and we’re put on hold and told “we will try to get someone out there”. No one came until the water finally set off the fire alarm and the fire department stopped the leak, so in reality management did nothing while the apartment complex flooded for 30 minutes.
