Great staff but infrequently restocked. Often, ill buy a product and am never able to get it again from them becuse it's been sold out, and special orders for stocking items takes several days.

I've been to just ask rental a couple of times in the past month once to get a chain sharpened once to buy a American made leaf blower and once to get my push lawn mower fixed Steve & the service he gave to me was outstanding

Everyone is so very helpful , nice , and RIGHT THERE WHENEVER you need them. This is a little uncomfortable ... I can understand certain people may draw certain reviews and such .. But this complaint has been more and more ..espicially with the elderly as well..Maybe have name tag read Megan, and then this little 12 year old looking snotty boy who truly has no idea about anything around the store. Im a grown 66 year old man i appreciate the help , truly but its unnerving to have a sales associate standing right at beside me ... read more

Customer service here is crap. They can't even complete a simple task like answering a customer's questions without belittling and disrespecting the customer. Not only will I never shop there for anything, I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of the experience I have had, so as to prevent them from receiving such disrespect.

For such a small place it's amazing how much selection they have. And you can actually find someone and ask questions and get help. And, there's even a pharmacy in there. What more could you want?

You can find better prices for many items in the big stores but you'll never beat their service. They bend over backwards to give you the kind of service only seen in these 'Mom and Pop' stores! I needed some sand (twice) and instead of me finding a pickup to use they used their backhoe to deliver to me since I lived behind their property and did not charge anything for delivery! You also find items not normally found in the bigger stores!
