I switched to East Bradford initially because it was close to home. I did not realize my prior dental experiences were lacking until I had this to compare it against. The difference is night and day. I have had nothing but great service there from the hygienists to the dentists. Friendly professionals make it easy to be there.
1st visit with my new dentist office was success! I was made to feel comfortable & not like I'm a number, give us your money & onward! They seemed genuinely concerned about the health of our teeth!
My visit was very good. Everyone was friendly, professional,and willing to answer questions. I would recommend this practice highly.
I moved to West Chester five years ago but continued to make the 90-minute trek (each way) back to my previous dentist in Moorestown, NJ. Today I took a leap of faith and made the switch. My experience was exceptional from start to finish and that's coming from someone who helps companies build extraordinary customer service cultures in their organizations. From start to finish, it was hi tech, hi touch, and super efficient.
Today's dental check up was a very good one, due to wonderful Jackie and Dr. Casella The best dental office in the USA.
