It’s been that awful. I think they’ve targeted me for harassment because of the type of account that I opened to help my mother reconcile her accounts. I’ve literally contacted the Federal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau about my experience with this bank. It’s been that awful. I think they’ve targeted me for harassment because of the type of account that I opened.
