This bank is really disappointing; I definitely recommend avoiding it at all costs, whether it's the Jamaica Plain location or the West Roxbury location. They won't be helpful at all. Whether you ask to use the bathroom, request assistance to ensure a check arrives by the next day, or seek help filling out a deposit slip, the answer is no. You'll have to go back and do it yourself. The managers seem like robots, lacking compassion and mercy (ruthless)

This bank is very unreliable. Customer service isn't 24hrs a day. They will shut down your card for any little purchase and will have you embarrassed at the grocery line. They're not reliable. I suggest you use another bank. I can't do a days whole errand or shop online in peace because they keep flagging every little purchase. Hate this location. Everything about it. The service and support, they are not hometown bank. I feel highly judged for my previous hardships. I waited 30 minutes for customer service but couldn't wait any longer. If you have no one else and have to bank here fine,but i do not recommend it.
