Very inconvenient bank, can’t give change for $ unless you’re their customer. If I can’t get change without hassles, I can’t even imagine banking with them. Wouldn’t recommend.
Excellent all around. Have always worked to correct mistakes when they rarely happen.By far their customer service is far above the other banks I deal with on a regular basis.
Best bank as far as I am concerned.. actually offers interest on deposits. Tellers and managers always available to help. Feels very personal and trustworthy. I have sampled many banks to see what’s out there and EBSB always delivers best of everything
