Very unorganized, uncoordinated, not informative, providing incorrect information.
Staff give you the runaround for months and have no idea what’s going on. Trying to get anything accomplished through this place is a joke. They can never give you a list all the things you need to do at once so you can finish, they just spring more on you at every appointment and joke about it like it’s not a big deal. One star should be an option for these people. It’s been like this for a long time, and I’m clearly not the only one with complaints.
Doesn't even deserve one star call them. They are being very disrespectful. They double booked me for an appointment and then are getting mad when I can't make it.
If you have any medical paperwork that gets turned in to this place expect it to be lost or it takes 5 days of you having to check on it everyday only for them to tell you they haven't started yet.
