I have been a long-time patient of East Bentleigh Medical Group. The doctors are fantastic and even though I now live in Yarra Glen I am happy to drive down to East Bentleigh for this great health care.

A great medical practice with ample parking. Lucy is a great caring doctor.
I've been attending this clinic since 2009. I have never had a negative experience with receptionists, GP's, nurse's etc. Everyone is friendly, caring and nothing is too much trouble.I trust my GP Dr Kylie Telfer implicitly. I have recently moved away from the area but I still drive the 35 minutes to appointments. Obviously if I only need a telehealth appointment that leaves a face-to-face appointment for someone who needs it. Ive made seven appointments and they've all been declined!! What the hell!? I really need to see a doctor! I don't understand. Please help me! I don't understand why you won't let me see a doctor. The things I've wanted to go for before are now worse but it's not painful or anything but still important . But now this could actually be a bad outcome , the thing I need to go there for
