East Bentleigh Medical Group is an outstanding Medical practice. The doctors, nurses and reception staff are very kind, caring and professional. I have been going to this practice for twenty years and have found them to be genuinely concerned for the overall well-being of their patients and their present and future health. A very professional, kind and caring Medical practice.
Initial consultation with Dr Ron Schweitzer was excellent. Fully understood my challenges and provided a plan to address it.
Took my 2.5 yo to see a GP there (our usual GP was booked out). He was upset when he was taken to be measured the moment she saw him and didn’t really recover during the entire visit. In the waiting room, he was happily waiting, singing and giggling, which I told the GP after the unsuccessful measurement. At the end of the consult, she said I should have given him Panadol before the visit to make it easier for them. I was q horrified by that comment and would not see her again.
Excellent, professional, friendly service. How it should be.
Made an appointment for a family member to see Dr Schweitzer... Very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
