I don't know why all of you are so hard on this Establishment? I have been going to these Doctor's and Dentist office for year's. Now I haven't been there in couple of year's, but I have had no complaints. I don't recall a Kim working up front, but I do or did know Kathy. She is a super Receiptionist and very nice and knowledgeable. I recommend this Medical Office to anyone who is looking for a Doctor, and they do not have long waits!
Dr.Jennifer Fourtune is great but I had to wait 20 minutes for a lab tech before I just got and decided to just go back and get the labs done when I have more time
I absolutely love Jennifer fortune but the front desk staff is extremely rude in person & via phone . The person who is consistently disrespectful is Kim . I’ve spoke to the office manager and it seems there is no disciplinary action because she continues to act in this manner . I’m not the first nor will I be the last person to complain about this lady ! The front desk is the first point of contact and reflection on the office which she clearly doesn’t understand. Please do yourself a favor and choose another office as your provider. The women who sit at the front desk, especially Kim are all very unprofessional and passive aggressive. If you are looking for medical professionals who respect and are kind to their patients please choose somewhere else. I went for a Pap smear in January and to this day I haven’t been able to get any one on the phone to tell me my results. Emotionally abusive staff uses sick patients as their punching bags. Physician assistant only cares about covering her tracks , looking out for herself, and not her patients
