Not a bad place, few shady characters, and I would definitely lock my doors , but decently maintained
A wonderful place to live, the staff is so kind and accommodating! It is in a great location in Middletown, we love it here!
We lived at East Bay Village for 2 and a half years and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The apartments are spacious (1 and 2 bedrooms available), the community is clean, and the amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse) are all excellent. I will say, a few updates to the units are needed, but that comes over time as units switch hands. The management team and maintenance were always very friendly and professional. I moved in in December and did have to get a few things fixed and replaced in my apartment which the office staff and the maintenance staff were excellent about taking care of. They're honestly so kind in this office here in Middletown. I also love the maintenance staff I don't know everybody's name, but the few I've spoke to are just so friendly and so knowledgeable.
