I bought a sensor from this store and they gave me the wrong part. When I tried to return it, they refused because the box was dirty, even though the sensor itself was untouched and in exactly the same condition they sold it to me. Then their manager Tom Fisher told me he could only refund the core charge. Only AFTER he processed the refund, he told me they were also keeping the new sensor. We are a large heavy industrial mfg in LA. In 2022 we purchased a new Freightliner M2-106. Damion Rosby was our salesperson. If we could give him over a 5 rating we would. Before we met Damion, we had used different dealerships/salespersons and have always had some sort of problems which led to frustrations and us choosing never to go back to using them again.
