Dr Bill is THE BEST. He treated myself and my daughter for a lip tie. His office is conveniently located, extremely clean and welcoming. Not only did he make my daughter feel comfortable during the procedure, he found the exact Bluey episode she wanted to watch as a distraction. ELITE service!! He also put up with my extreme fear of the procedure and followed up the next day (on a Saturday!) to see how we were feeling. First of all there is nothing but road blocks at this place! My son had his tongue tie release not completely done. But the doctor at the time told me to come back at any time to finish the release but since they have changed doctors several times and when I called to set up the appointment they told me that my son needed to be 4 years of age so they could do the procedure. Dr. Bill Arnold was professional, friendly, and thorough. His office is decorated very well and everything was extremely clean. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured in any way to go forward with the recommended treatment of our 1 month old son's tongue tie. Dr. Arnold did a great job with the procedure and we could not have asked for a better experience! I would not hesitate to recommend this dentist to anyone seeking care for their child!
