Good lighting, decent prices, but poorly maintained units. Sealants on bottom trim of pull up doors so old it's frail, hard with pieces falling off with every open & close. Basically non-existant. Bee hives & massive amounts of spider webs across doors. You have to wonder where all the money goes that is paid every month by everyone were they can only afford lawn care & but can't afford upkeep of the actual units themselves. Other than greed, there's no viable excuse for the neglect.
Clean, Secure, cameras. WARNING! Update over 5 years later... Since the "New" manager got there like 5 or 6 years back... This place will suck you dry. They make it almost impossible to get your stuff back. Sending us to a locksmith who changes a $75 lockout fee and a $125 call fee. When it used to be $15.00 I am on a fixed income now and can barely manage the rental amount, have had trouble a few times and she is ALWAYS very rude and unhelpful.
