By far the best, most attentive, and affordable (relatively of course) vet clinic I’ve been to. I take my dog and 2 cats and they’re always so on top of scheduling vaccines, being kind to my anxious dog, and I never feel like I’m being scammed.
Excellent services, and great care. Happy with medical services rendered. Mostly grateful, for being in a lower income bracket. But still given the options to get my dog medical care, vaccinated, licensed, safe and healthy. Thank you
We have been bringing our pet, Thea, to this clinic since 2019. Dr. Gadd has consistently provided excellent care, and we have always been happy to support Oakland SPCA, especially as we adopted Thea here. This long-standing relationship is what makes today’s experience particularly upsetting. We arrived for Thea’s appointment scheduled at 8:20 a.m., and my husband was late by 8 minutes. Do yourself a favor and if your dog needs their ears to be cleaned from an infection, don't take them here. We brought our dog for an ear infection, and they told us we had to bring him back a separate time, leave him there for a full day and then they would clean out his ears. Why on earth would they book his appointment for an ear infection just to tell us that? The appointment was a complete waste of time.
