Only company that knows what it's doing – Although I had difficulty reaching and scheduling this company, they seem to be the only Bay Area pump company that is consistently good at what it does. Once you get them to your problem, they will fix it.
Will not be a repeat customer – After working for over 15 years, the pump for our patio waterfall failed. I had East Bay Pump come out and install a new pump. It lasted 5 years and then failed. I called East Bay Pump again, and they came out and installed another new pump. They sent me a bill for $900. I complained about the cost since It was almost twice what it had cost the previous time.
