We've had a very positive experience with East Bay Property Management and would highly recommend them from a tenant's perspective. What we have appreciated most is how responsive and flexible they've been whenever we have had a request or issue. When we first moved in, we noticed a smell in the house and contacted them about it. They suggested that we hire someone to professionally clean the carpets and offered to reimburse us for the cost, which they did without any issues.
