I’m honestly surprised by how high the Google reviews are for this property manager. Prospective clients and property owners should also check Yelp, because that experience is much closer to what I encountered. In my experience, the team was rude, unprofessional, and not genuinely willing to work collaboratively with property owners. Communication felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented, which made an already important business relationship frustrating and disappointing.

My recent experience renting with East Bay Property Management has been excellent. The rental property was in a great condition and competitively priced, but what really stood out was the service; maintenance requests were always addressed promptly.
