We had a unit that was about 14 years old and we spent some money repairing it last year and it was failing again this year and I did not want to put more money into an older unit. I called East Bay and they came out within a day of my call, figured out what was wrong with it, and provided estimates to fix and/or replace it. I decided to replace it and within a few days of my approval the unit was replaced at a reasonable price. Changed from a 1 ton system to a 2 system, could feel immediate difference in cooling my house. Said made a correction on my old Thermostat with a smart Thermostat which is very easy to use. He and his crew were very professional ! Thank you all.
