Everyone here has been absolutely amazing since the beginning. Super professional, extremely patient, understanding, compassionate, super nice; so much that it almost feels like family or friends. I always feel like they truly care about me and my family. I never feel rushed. Communication is PHENOMENAL! They are fast and make things happen. The level of care is sooo much better here. My last visit to East Bay Health was, as usual outstanding. Everyone that works there are professional, friendly and caring. EBH and Dr. Breckon worked with me for over 18 months to resolve a health issue. I'm so grateful!
How do I keep this short and sweet? I know, crazy question to ask. Truly there is no way to do that because every appointment, discussion, situation or instance where Dr. Breckon, her peer, and staff have literally rescued me from the brink of medical devastation would result in a novel. This review is for their postpartum mother's group. I felt fortunate to attend 6 session of this group, which is organized by family medicine Dr Tracy Hu. Each session is led by a psychologist and lactation consultant, and they give great advice around various topics. Such a great resource for new moms! Highly recommend.
