whether sitting indoors or outdoors, the meals are excellent, atmosphere is classy but relaxed, and the service is excellent. Even if you don't want a full meal, both the indoor and outdoor bar areas are spacious and open and bartenders are friendly

We really enjoyed our time at East Bay Grille yesterday! Excellent, friendly service, attention to safety, and INCREDIBLE food. We had the blueberry vojito, which was gorgeous and refreshing. Started with fresh Plymouth Bay oysters, then the maple bourbon wings (the best non Buffalo wings I've ever had). Then we shared the steak frites (a perfect medium rare) with truffle fries and broccalini and the DECADENT lobster mac and cheese (made with gf pasta, much to my happiness).
