Extremely rude service staff and poor management. When we escalated to the manager Friday July 19th 2019 and his response was “well do you know how busy we are”. And then asked us to leave. Never in my life have I seen such poor leadership and lack of customer service. I was visiting from out of state and will never return. I will be contacting both co-owners as well.
Scenic atmosphere, fantastic food and service, we had our wedding reception here, awesome restaurant!
After asked on the phone, then valet service, hostess, waitress if they accepted service dog. Jeff the manager greeting was “what is dog doing here, this is a restaurant.” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I though he was joking because his tone of voice was almost like I was just kidding. After I politely replied to him my 6 lbs dog was not a dog but a service dog. We had a delicious dinner and wonderful evening. The service was excellent too.
