They visited my project site and promised two 3d design but they didn't send anything. I followed up 4 times and every time they said they will have it by next day but didn't get anything after days passed from each follow up. I will not do business with them as they can't do what is core to their business.
We had a great experience with East Bay Fireplace from start to finish. I wanted to keep our existing rock design and add a Mantel. They had to cut into the rock to install the mantel, which was a little tricky but they made it look easy. They arrived on time, kept the area clean and had the job completed in two days. We went with the Regency which is fully controlled from a remote, it easy to use and has a number of different settings to adjust flame, fan and embers.
