Great experience with Dr. Maskeen K Sabharwal she got me an appointment at the last moment and did my eye exam, her staff was polite and professional and it was all done in short order. She did a good job alleviating my concerns about switching to progressive lenses and has a nice selection of eyewear on site, 100% would recommend to others.
Worst experience I’ve ever had, very rude Dr not friendly. And it is hard to understand what she is saying 👎
This office is not to be trusted. They claim the opthamologist is out out of the country. If that is actually the case the opthamologist should have tried to get me seen somewhere else. That never happened. The receptionist is giving me the runaround saying I have to be the one looking into a new referral. No one at this office is even attempting to find where I should go for the issues with my eyes. Also the receptionist just said I am being a pokey pokey. I have been visiting this clinic for the last 2 years for my annual eye checkup. Dr makes me feel very comfortable and her staff is also very supportive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
