Got a 12 month lease that started in August. From day 1 there’s been problems. Paid about 50$ for what looked like a child cleaned the place. Have dealt with a broken washer, leaky dishwasher, broken oven vent, cabinets, blinds, and after a bunch of requests only the washer has been fixed, and they said they couldn’t do anything about the other stuff. Terrible management, overpriced amenities, customer service does not help much at all. Contract agreements are vague.
My son lived in the supposedly “furnished” apartment with NO bed for the last 6 months. He asked the office for a few times and was ignored.
