I have been a patient here for about 20 years. At first, the doctors were wonderful! Very professional, competent. Then, little by little, the better doctors went on to private practices. Hospitals or out if state. I had no insurance, so east bay was the best I could do. Now, the quality of care has greatly gone down hill. I hope to find a psychiatrist who accepts my insurance.
