Cecilia understands my situation and helps me to incorporate her suggestions - but to do so gradually. This works very well for me. I also like that she suggests ways of making it easy for me to incorporate something, even if it doesn't work to do it the "ideal" way. She seems to "read" my need and she responds to it. I highly recommend Cecilia!
I've had two services from East Bay Ayurveda with Cecilia: Abhyanga massage and Restore Refresh and both were just wonderful. Cecilia listened to me very carefully and chose the oils based on my concerns and needs. I felt relaxed and reenergize after treatments.
