I recently had an Abhyanga massage with Cecilia at East Bay Ayurveda. It was transformative. In her treatment room, I felt enveloped in warmth and tranquility--the space is a sanctuary, beautifully appointed, comfortable, and radiating a safe, nurturing energy. Cecilia understands my situation and helps me to incorporate her suggestions - but to do so gradually. This works very well for me. I also like that she suggests ways of making it easy for me to incorporate something, even if it doesn't work to do it the "ideal" way. She seems to "read" my need and she responds to it. I highly recommend Cecilia!
