Update: Sorry have to change this. Ever since VBA (Verbal Behavior Associates) has taken over, it has gone down the dumpster. The new management is very patronizing. Had to quit and go in an environment where I felt more comfortable as an employee. Worked there for 1 year comfortably with the BCBAs, now it feels uncomfortable. The children I worked with for months had more behaviors than previously and declined due to the demands placed that the new company put on them. Services are pleasant. My child is showing good progress and saying full words. Implemented the program and followed through outside sessions. She now mands in full sentences and interacts with kids at the preschool. BT is great and she loves staff. Graphs were shown for progress and we can see it outside of sessions as well. Less aggression and pulling hair.
Im really disappointed that parents forget to put reviews so others dont waste their times with ABA agencies. We had East Bay ABA for around a year and they finally told us they can not give services that we need to our kid. We were supposed to have parent training twice a month but we only got 3 or 4 over the course of a year and it was with our own request. They have not helped our kid with social interaction at all and I think most of the progress that she made in the past year was the impact of school and not ABA. Any ti... read more
Not satisfied. The staff keeps changing and before I could change my company to another they tricked me by saying that they could not run sessions as they had no supervisors available.
