Great experience using this spot for a few months. Staff is really helpful/nice. Only thing to point out is that there are only two elevators and sometimes you will have to share it/have it be used by someone else if in case you're there at a busy time.
Gordana at the river north location was beyond exceptional. Hands down best customer service on earth. Thank you, Gordana for helping me select a storage size that fits my needs and for being so kind and helpful!!
