East Bank is a beautiful building with excellent amenities. The leasing staff (Matty specifically) has been helpful and friendly during my move in process. I've met a few other residents that are extremely friendly. It's a pet friendly community with a dog park as well. GREAT location in Noblesville!
Matty and Z were amazing from the get-go. They helped me to pick the right apartment, and helped with the logistics of moving my furniture into the apartment! I moved mid-December, so not ideal, but I cannot wait to experience more of Downtown Noblesville, the farmer's market and concerts during the summer. Oh! And I can't say enough about Chase, the Maintenance Supervisor. Very responsive and knowledgeable. I haven't lived in an apartment in over 15 years, so I greatly appreciate the help around the house, hahaha!! ;)
Mattie and the team at East Bank are terrific! We love our river front apartment and being within walking distance of great restaurants, shops and amazing parks. If you are looking for downtown, small town life, visit East Bank!
I moved in mid-October, but I have been looking since the summer. I toured many places around Noblesville and Fishers, but East Bank was our favorite. Matty our leasing agent, was so helpful throughout the whole leasing process, and Zarah answered all of our questions when it came time to sign the lease and move in. I’ve lived here since July and I Love it. Easy access to downtown Noblesville, I never have any issues with parking, my neighbors are fantastic, and Zarah, the leasing agent always is there for me! The rent is a little high but you pay for what you get and it’s high quality!
