they raised my rent 100$ when i dont even have a working light in my unit. I told the property manager about it like 5 months ago and they didnt do anything about it and they want a 100$ more..... hell no! worst creepy storage facility I have ever been to and never will go to again.

Their website says to call to set up an appointment to make an arrangement to look at a storage unit. when you call the number there is just an outgoing message for not just the storage unit but all of their properties and the outgoing message then instructs you to text them. If I have to go through that many steps just to a freaking talk to someone I can only imagine what I'd have to deal with if I actually rent from

these people are amazing to me I don't think I could ever repay them my mom passed in February and her stuff was in storage and they worked with me and I greatly appreciate them thank you so much east Ave public storage 🥰

I had questions about a bunch of things and Amanda S. was amazing! She had the answers and helped me with all the things quickly and she made the entire encounter very fun. I will refer all of my friends to this location! Thank you, Amanda!!!
