I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with this oral surgery team! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely safe, cared for, and respected. Getting my wisdom teeth removed can be nerve-wracking, but this was hands down one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. As a medical student this was very important to me !! We just returned from Dr. Tarver's office after a very disappointing experience. When I made the appointment several months ago, they indicated that they could remove my daughter's wisdom teeth during the initial appointment (no separate consultation appointment required) which I found odd so I insisted on scheduling a separate consultation appointment. I was supposed to have my wisdom teeth removed today. I made an appointment on November 20th, sent the referral and X-rays from my dentist and provided my insurance information. I called on the 30th and 31st to confirm the time and see if there was any pre op information I needed to be aware of and no one answered or returned my call.
