I stopped by to look at jewelry today and bought a citizens watch. By the time I got home I realized the watch was not adjustable, I could not correct the time/date/month. So I called in and they said I can come back so they can have a look at it. So I drive all the way back just to be told I can go somewhere else to have it repaired. Only reason they get a two star is cause the lady, the first time I went in,was willing to work with me when I sold a gold ring. The second time a dude there low balled me on a solid gold necklace, the he also claimed weight less than the necklace does.he also and treated me like I didn't know what the price of gold was at that time. Don't fall for there Mr. Nice guy attitude, they will low ball you and then try and treat you like your stupid. With people like him running the place it won't stay in business much longer

I have been using Emergency Pawn Shop for the last few years. I have always had WONDERFUL customer service. I have pawned, sold and purchased from this location. I ALWAYS get a fair price in all my experiences here. I would recommend this business to anyone I know. And I look forward to doing business with them for years to come!:)
