The office doesn’t recognize patients time, as being important. Arrival time 9:30 for 10:30 appointment. Upon arriving at 9:30 there were no seats in waiting room- when I was called back at 10:00 they took vitals - blood pressure was very high and probably higher after they told me I had an hour to wait- . This is awful as my ride cannot leave and it looks like an all day event as they overbooked .
