I had one appointment, had labs done and had a follow up appointment scheduled that I ended up needing to reschedule, I tried to do so on the app but no appointments were available for months. Since then I have called over 20 times and left multiple voicemails and have not once been able to speak with someone directly. I saw Laura Parker in the spring of 2023 as a new patient. Of course, I had labs. After which, this "Nurse Practioner" informed me that my KIDNEYS WERE FAILING!!!! Scared me enough to run away from that place to find a real doctor for a second opinion. This Doctor questioned... "How could this other provider really learn anything from only bloodwork and urinalysis?" Turns out she didn't! I went for what i thought was a simple annual checkup covered 100% by my insurance. My visit was billed as a different code to my insurance and i received a hefty bill. I've left several messages hoping to get in touch with billing and ask for help. So far no call back.
