I came to East Asheville from a doctor who never listened and would just prescribe things to keep me happy. Now I have a doctor who listens, and truly wants to help me feel better, but also be truly healthy! It is a wonderful experience!
I absolutely love this practice!!! Dr. Fore is absolutely amazing!! Dr. Butterfield is as well. Both take the time to listen to any and all issues. They are very compassionate and actually care about what they do. I have zero problems getting in touch with them when I need to for meds or anything. If not I get a call back within 2 days. The practice manager Alice is also a delight to work with. I couldn’t be happier.
Difficult to get in touch with. Multiple phone calls. Never an appt available. The message response I got recently to a serious question was 'Google xxxx'. And what would I get-lots of varied options on recommendations. Poor service!! Had to drive there to get in touch with them!! Brenda Fore is good, but staffing is poor at best to give patient service.
When I can get an actual appointment, they’re very kind. The nurses and front desk staff are very sweet and personable with amazing customer service. However, it’s nearly impossible to ever get your calls answered, and most times I have to call, message and walk in- in person numerous times before I ever get a response to any questions I have.
