Called TEN TIMES to zero answer during business hours after they contacted me regarding test results and I missed said call because I was at work. Insanity.
Difficult to get in touch with. Multiple phone calls. Never an appt available. The message response I got recently to a serious question was 'Google xxxx'. And what would I get-lots of varied options on recommendations. Poor service!! Had to drive there to get in touch with them!! Brenda Fore is good, but staffing is poor at best to give patient service. Update: They have accepted way too many patients and you can't get an appt if you are sick. I came to East Asheville from a doctor who never listened and would just prescribe things to keep me happy. Now I have a doctor who listens, and truly wants to help me feel better, but also be truly healthy! It is a wonderful experience!
