This has to be the worst pediatrician office in Albany. Do not come here. They cannot keep staff, there’s a new doctor every few months, and they are absolutely HORRIBLE with customer care, communication and wait times. We have had an issue with this place for 3 years, but let it go because fortunately, we only had to go every now and then, but today was our breaking point. They change Drs so much to the point your child will not have proper care. Everytime you get a new Dr you have to start all over again . My son's father died and we missed his appointment and they told me I couldn't get a refill for his medication until he was seen again which was another month away even came in and spoke with them explained and NOTHING WAS DONE !!! Changing Drs ASAP...
