I purchased a motorcycle here, then went back 8 years later and traded it in on a new bike. I have had service done here, purchased parts and had nothing but a positive and helpful transaction every time. They even gave me a better price, without inquiring what the other guys price was. I wouldn't hesitate going back for anything.

Bad customer service. And could not get our Polaris (that we bought there) serviced (its first 25 hour service) in a timely manner, in fact they said to just to leave it for 3 1/2 to 4 weeks and they would get to it when they could. I called Columbus Power Sports, they said if I could get it there in an hour they could service it today! I came in wanting to buy a RZR 170 and they didn't have the color I wanted in stock. Phil got on the phone,
called another dealer and within an hour they had the one I wanted on the showroom floor. This won't happen in every circumstance but the stars aligned perfectly for this particular case. Our best prices are under those guidelines set by the manufacturers. I don't believe any dealership advertises their very best price. We are very competitive and offer the best prices in E.
