they are very unprofessional. in april they were supposed to call in some seizure medicine and never did. we tried to call for a week straight and got no answer and no call back. luckily we had a prescription from before. then today is another appointment and the lady on the phone said she didnt care and hung up. I called back to get my prescription they never sent in and a referral to a new doctor. She told me to call at 1 and they close at 12. Med tech does not look at charts to even know who patient is. She came into room, trying to get my vitals, when it was my child that is patient. Med tech also had us come in two hours earlier than appt, only to sit there longer than two hours waiting to see dr. Dr Chivakula is rude, changes results of tests from one visit to next, gets upset and rude if you correct him. Find a new doctor.

Dr. Chivacula is one of the best neurologist around East Alabama! He always takes time out with my mom every time we visit and explains things thoroughly.
It was great. Loved my neurologists. She took very good care of my testings
Dr Chivakula is great and has helped me with my migraines HOWEVER the front desk girl is rude and should not be there talking to patients like that. I’ve been in the medical field over 25 yrs and she’s one of the worst. Get someone that wants to be there
