I had a truly outstanding experience during my visit with PA Shelby. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient, which immediately put me at ease. Shelby took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything in a clear and reassuring way. I never felt rushed—she made sure I fully understood my options.
Best Dr. and Dr.’s office in AU! The faculty cares and the Doctors actually listen and give valid advice and diagnosis without always prescribing more medicine(s). I would recommend Dr. Meka and Dr. Powar to anyone looking for Doctors that care
Both doctors are so nice and take the time to listen to you, which, now a days, is a pretty rare thing. Yes, you will wait longer then usual, but once back in the room with either one of them, you receive there undivided attention. In my experience, the Average wait time in the waiting room is around 15-30 minutes. Once in the doctors room, I waited up to 15 minutes, sometimes a little longer. But remember, good things come to those who wait.
I love Dr. Powar & Meka! I have been going to them for years. Yes, sometimes the wait is long but that’s because they are actually listening to you and your needs. The staff has been nothing but professional to me. Sometimes the best care takes time.
