Excellent service. Great staff and providers!
After my last experience with an endocrinologist that did nothing, I mean not even a blood test. I was so nervous and worried that Dr. Baliga would dismiss me too. I am not sure I could have handle that again. It was just the opposite I finally felt heard and it wasn’t all in my head. Dr. Baliga and his team were wonderful and I definitely appreciate them and recommend him. You may spend more time there but it’s because they care and take the time you deserve. The staff have been so pleasant and helpful for most of my visits and I have been a patient here at East Alabama Endocrinology since 2021, I think. Dr. Baliga wasn't in our office for awhile, but I've seen him my last two visits. He is kind and thorough and answers all my questions. He goes over my lab work and covers what is necessary. I am pleased to have found this practice when I so desperately needed answers for the problem I was experiencing!
I had labs done today at the Columbus office and I was in & out within 15 minutes. I love the new system
