My initial visit went well - everyone is very courteous from the front desk. After visiting the Endocrinologist his predecessor walked me to the scheduling desk. This was very professional and reminded me when I worked in patient care. Well done I look forward to my next visit.
There is one man that works in the office. He answers phones sometimes and I believe does billing. He is the rudest human being I’ve met. Without fail each time I see or speak to him he always has the most disgusting, disrespectful and sassy tone without reasoning behind it. We have been nothing but nice to this individual but he always ruins my day each time I come into contact with him. He has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever.
