Great service, very professionally braided, friendly atmosphere!
Very unprofessional experience. They claimed they could do styles they clearly weren’t skilled in. My first visit, I came in for medium box braids, but all they did was part my hair—and I was still charged $65. The parts were poorly done, but I let it go. I gave them another chance and went back for the same style. This time, I was charged $95, and again, the parts were messy and not up to standard. When I requested a refund, it was denied. Overall, I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this place.
Roda and her team were accommodating, professional, and highly skilled. A friend recommended them because she has been getting her hair braided there. The ladies’ process is seamless. I observed a range of styles from twists to cornrows to individual braids and more for both men and women. I got individual, medium, BoHo Knot-less braids .
