Very unprofessional experience. They claimed they could do styles they clearly weren’t skilled in. My first visit, I came in for medium box braids, but all they did was part my hair—and I was still charged $65. The parts were poorly done, but I let it go. I gave them another chance and went back for the same style. This time, I was charged $95, and again, the parts were messy and not up to standard. When I requested a refund, it was denied. Overall, I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this place.

The lady wouldn’t listen when I said I don’t want my kitchen braided. The salon isn’t bad but they don’t use heat protectant when they blow dry your hair and they have a hard time with listening on how you want your hair braided. I personally don’t like the nape of my neck braided into cornrow because it causes constant tension. If you’re trying to have long and healthy hair maybe bring your own heat protectant
