Decent apartment, horrible leasing staff. I’ve lived here 5 years. The pros: location,Space, maintenance Cons: Leasing staff is awful. They do not care at all about their residents just the check. Everyone who has lived here has said the same thing. I put in my notice to vacate and instead of working with me to show the apartment to new tenants they gave me almost no notice that they would be showing the apartment. I’ve lived in East 8 lofts for three months. While the location and aesthetic are desirable there is an issue with the entryway door that has become what seems like only my problem. It slams shut all day/night and cannot be ignored from even the furthest point of my apartment. Sleeping soundly, watching tv, basically anything that involves quiet enjoyment or having guests stay the night is unfortunately not possible. I’m coming in from Dallas Tx and was very skeptical on how my experience would be in a new city.. But thank goodness for the team i ran into! Ciara went above and beyond to ensure that i was taken care of! I’d recommend this team and their selection to anyone.
I have enjoyed living here from day one. The best office and maintenance staff.
