observations after three-and-a-half years: pros: - neighborhood is quieter than king west, yet a short 15-20 min walk to the financial district - supermarket, convenience stores, lcbo, pharmacies are close by - excellent staff, both at the concierge desk and in the property management office - a smart board of directors, at least two of whom (as far as i know) live in the building - great elevator coverage - three in the building, and they are very rarely out of service - all units have an ERV system, which ensures constant ... read more
