I live in East 54 in Environs Lofts and have been very unhappy with the East 54 HOA. Every year they allow a tree lot next to the Apartments parking, which then makes a mess of the place with debris and mud everywhere, and worse, take up a good chunk of our designated parking spaces from the workers and customers of the tree lot. There are signs up direction customers to the other side, but they are poorly displayed and not enforced whatsoever. Even the tree lot workers don't obey the signs.
